Executive Chef Edwin French

Chef French is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, SC, and has worked at two of Charleston's premier restaurants—Magnolia's and the Charleston Grill.

Chef French carries on the custom of using estate-raised vegetables, herbs, greens, and beef in the menu. "Biltmore Estate's culinary reputation is immense, and I'm very excited to be a part of that tradition," says Chef French.
